We had Carlos and his crew of three replace the roof on my Dad's house. They did a great job and knocked it out very efficiently. It was clear the team worked well together. The cost was very reasonable, and that was with better shingles than others. They even discovered that the chimney cap cement had disintegrated and offered to fix it and did a wonderful job (see pictures). I definitely would recommend Melendez Construction.

We contracted with Carlos and his team for a new asphalt roof on our single family home. Carlos was a true professional every step of the way. He was extremely responsive to any questions/concerns I had and always made sure I was happy with the work. We had a newer driveway installed and Carlos went above and beyond to make sure it was not damaged. His team was prompt and courteous and did an exceptional job. I would not hesitate to hire this team again.
