Fabian’s boxing class was great! He offers instruction for beginners or advanced students. His class is also a great cardio workout. I highly recommend his boxing classes to everyone!
Amazing. Miguel taught me so well - I feel like I have the fundamentals. My brain is full and hopefully my body follows. The gym is beautiful and super clean and pleasant. So many nice people to chat with. Great energy, want to follow up and learn more 6 and 7

I have tried group classes at multiple boxing gyms , however this place definitely stands out with respect to quality of coaching I receive during the group classes. The coaches are super friendly , energetic and motivating. They give lots of tips which have been very useful. Highly recommend this place.
