UPDATE I spoke with Mike Mele and I believe he was diplomatic, heard my concerns and will trouble shoot the problem. I wish I could give zero stars. These stupid people are working with PWSA and making a mess of our city streets. Blocking streets and having detours to other blocked streets. Road flaggers have no concern for city residents who have complained over being blocked in with no warning and then the fools obviously have no knowledge of the roads they are flagging and are detouring to roads that don't exist.
