Doug Mele gave me an estimate to redo my siding. I agreed and it was to start in October, 2021. He said he would bring over a contract. That never happened. He did not return text or email inquiries as to status of my project. A phone call or text telling me why he could not do it would have been the professional response. I even sent an email asking if he needed to re-price estimate. No response. Very unprofessional and surprising as he seemed to be a nice man.
Douglas was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to installing new soffits. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a valuable and skilled contractor. Will definitely contact again for future work.
