Honestly, I would give zero stars if I could. I came in looking to get my hair bleached. I wanted light blonde with dark roots. I came in at 2 pm and left close to 9pm. My hair is very splotchy and Is extremely uneven. It’s nothing like what I asked for. Definitely not worth the $400 I paid. She left the bleach on the bottom of my hair for 5 hours and the bleach on the top didn’t even sit for 20 minutes and you can definitely tell. The top part is significantly darker than the bottom.
