Honestly, I would give zero stars if I could. I came in looking to get my hair bleached. I wanted light blonde with dark roots. I came in at 2 pm and left close to 9pm. My hair is very splotchy and Is extremely uneven. It’s nothing like what I asked for. Definitely not worth the $400 I paid. She left the bleach on the bottom of my hair for 5 hours and the bleach on the top didn’t even sit for 20 minutes and you can definitely tell. The top part is significantly darker than the bottom. I tried to stay positive throughout the interaction but don't go here. I don't even know the lady's name that cut my hair, but it was terrible. Rushed through the entire process and wasn't much for conversation, just trying to get it done. All I asked for was a buzz cut and to clean up the edges, that and my eyebrows waxed, she shaved my eyebrows instead of waxing and left so much hair on the edges of my cut. I had to clean everything up myself for it to look good.
