Please DON'T trust them. They'll respond which is a positive but they give the BARE minimum. I ran a successful business for six years and built an online community of 24,000 subs and would never treat humans the way they do. Everything was a money grab. I bought a condo from the Edge at Grayhawk from them. Did the home inspection bought a Home Warranty Package and the AC and Heating has already broke in the first year. On top of that, my $2,500 dollar check went mysteriously "missing". Had to speak to three different people... read more

We have been loyal renters of this company for over 5 years. Since they are such a large company and have no real responsibility to their renters, you get treated just like a number. Would never recommend to rent from them. In fact, have turned two of our friends away from moving in next to us to save them from the corporate grind and unrealistic market rates. We have recently gone month to month and they have increased our rent by $300/month and now then want $400...in a matter of four months. Meanwhile, 4 out of 11 units a... read more
