Honestly, I shouldn't even have to select 1 star. I don't know who trained these people, but they are the most unprofessional mechanics that my family has ever worked with. We try to support local businesses, but what's the point of doing that when you get crappy service? Took too long to get a response on what was wrong with my vehicle, and when it was fixed, something else was wrong and they didn't even bother to tell me.
