Submitted a request for an appraisal. Was contacted the next day saying someone would be out the following day to do said estimate. No one showed. No one contacted us again. I messaged back and received no response. Found out thru a local resident that this company dropped part of a tree on their fence and they were not insured. They did not hire someone to fix the fence but instead tried to fix it themselves. The fence to this day is not in the same condition as it was before they damaged it.
