Very nice helped me out right away and turned to the right place I needed to go.
I have been dealing with Melcher's for many years and continue to be impressed by the quality of their service and the professionalism of their staff. They just did a hot water tank installation for me and it was done in a most efficient manner.
Melchers have always been top notch with my family and myself, but today having a yearly furnace cleaning with Brian I happened to mention a gas smell in the driveway between our houses., He checked my neighbors gas meter out and it was leaking. We notified the neighbor and he called Embridge, Brian shut off the gas to it until Embridge could come. This could have had a very bad outcome. Thank you so much Brian for being so vigilant .
A very positive experience. Janet was responsive and provided great information through the quote phase. Installation was done professionally by friendly staff. The Melcher quote was very competitive and good value. I highly recommend this group.
I am very satisfied with this company. They went above, and beyond to suite my needs. Very helpful, and respectful. Thanks again guys.
