Melby Homes has been in business for many years and continues to build amazing homes custom to your family. The owner is very personal and is hands on through the whole process. Highly recommend Melby Homes.
Purchased a previously owned Melby home. Can't believe it passed a final inspection. The drywall job is disgusting. It's not damage. It is simply very poor unskilled workmanship.
Just tore off our siding of our Melby "Custom" home and found nothing but trouble!! Water damage galore! They certainly did NOT build this home right and cut corners in every possible area! BEWARE if your home is built by this company!
This must be the worst construction / remodel company in the area. Not sure how they manage to stay in business. Customer service is horrendous!
