Terrible terrible experience! Every time we called, they said they would look into it and a call us back… never received a call back.(over 10 situations). The obituary took over two weeks and multiple drafts with errors before it was posted. The death certificate was produced, but not shared with the family. When I went to the courthouse to get my own copies I found the name was incorrect, very upsetting. Again, no apologies no concern on their part. They never answer the phones. I have been trying to get a document for over 9 months now which just has to be emailed to me which they have my email address but they can’t even be kind enough to do that. Lost all hope in them and would never recommend anyone to use them. Very disappointed. Bad enough to lose my MIL but now to not even get her documents after her passing.
