I had a very poor experience at this clinic. The two specialists spoke too quickly, used complex terms and push me to answer quickly. This didn’t create a supportive environment. I felt extremely overwhelmed throughout the session. Despite my GP’s referral and clear concerns, they told me at the end they couldn’t help — but still charged over $250 out of pocket. My husband asked me to take half day off work as he wanted me to go with him to see a speach pathologist here. But the pathologist didn't let me in, making up lame excuses like accompanying people overwhelm with questions and sometimes the patients dont want to be accompanied, etc. Firstly, this center is not any special or medically private (like a gynaecology) when compared to any other medical centers where a family member can accompany the patient. Steph is amazing. She makes u feel at ease in an alkward situation. My voice was very husky as I was poisoned by black mould and dust. It's now back to normal 👍 I give her 10 stars 😊

Nasoendoscopy Axt-seamless and professional. Reception staff were approachable, kind and helped with being organised for the appointment. Costs were out layed upfront prior to the appointment. Clear pathway forward was provided. Thanks MVAC.
