Amazingly kind staff! They went above and beyond to accommodate me for an appointment in an urgent situation as a voice professional. Imogen, the receptionist, was so sweet and helpful. And Dr. Rotman performed my exam very comfortably and was wonderful about explaining the whole process. The speech therapist, Meaghan Sullivan, was also so patient and kind. The whole office was just lovely. 10/10 recommend!

I had a great experience here (about as good as you can get while also having a camera poked into to your nose). The ladies were a bit quick like some other reviews mention, but I seriously fail to see how that's a problem as I personally prefer not to have my time wasted. They were still very thorough and absolutely did and covered everything I could have asked for, answered any questions I had and they were lovely for the entire appointment. Efficient team. Left with results and a clear pathway forward. No messing about. I was able to get to the clinic from the countryside, on public transport. I had a speech pathologist (Pr. Jenni Oates) and ENT in my appointment. Marli, their receptionist was lovely leading up to the appointment and on the day.

Having had a stroke, I have been under the care of Deb Phyland and Paul Paddle since 2017. Regular speech therapy, voice exercises, and restoration of my glottic insufficiency have given me the ability to speak clearly again. Deb and Paul are two of the best in the business and working with them on my voice impairment has been the best decision I have made.
