Hello there I been send from my gp to doctor tony sousa and he refused to see me because I am from work cover which I feel really bad because a lot is going on with me and he only see private patients for money and I think that’s not nice and not fair thank you
Picking patients is not a way to deal while you are a doctor, work accidents people have the right to be treated too, things in life happens and people can go through alot and seeking help after being referred to you to be not accepted to wrong, even refused to do it on privet as we wanted to pay not the insurance but still no !!
I could not recommend Melbourne Urology highly enough. From the first appointment through to after the surgery my treatment was first class. All questions I had were answered and I was totally informed through the whole process. Cannot thank the whole team enough.
