Great Specialist great reception very clean and always welcoming.
Found the staff in the office amazing with all my bookings, helping me with information that I was unsure of regarding anaesthetist and hospital bookings. After receiving a referral to a urologist, I attempted to schedule a check-up. However, I encountered issues with the receptionist, whom I’ll refer to as “Kourtney.” She provided misleading information that didn’t add up and created confusion about who was available. I wish to share my very positive experience thus far regarding the Melbourne Urology Centre, in particular Mr Munad Khan (Oncologist) and Bec at front of house (reception), helping and organising my Urology procedures so far. Mr Khan is such an engaging, warm and friendly specialist which has made my journey to this point a very good experience.
Dr Shahbaz is highly recommended. He is one of the best urologist who genuinely cares and treats patients with compassion and respect. I really appreciate his support for my treatment.
