I recently had a Robotic Assisted Radical Prostatectomy with Dr Shahbaz. I found the service and skills of Dr Shahbaz and all the staff at the Melbourne Urology Centre to be first class. Being diagnosed with cancer and the prospect of major surgery is a terrifying experience, however all the staff displayed empathy and understanding and were very professional throughout the process in what was a difficult period. I was diagnosed with a very scary cancer, and the public health system was dreadful. I finally was referred to Dr Shabaz, who I saw on the Thursday. Before I knew it I was scheduled for surgery on Wednesday. It was all explained very clearly, the surgery went well, and I am recovering very well. The communication is wonderful. Many thanks to the whole team/

I recently had surgery performed by Dr Shahbaz. I couldn't speak highly enough of his professionalism and compassion throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for him or the admin staff who all made my experience a lot less stressful.
