I had a 12 week pregancy scan, during the examination the male technician told me we had to do an internal assessment. He never gave me an option to re book with a female technician. I felt so stressed and awkward I didn't know how to say anything myself. I think at a WOMENS clinic we shouldn't have to deal with male technicians for something so invasive.
Can't fault the service provided to me when I came for a pelvic ultrasound. The staff were wonderful and highly professional. I felt safe and informed throughout. Thank you for your wonderful care!
