Recently stayed at Melbourne Tower. Dont think cleaning has been done for quite some time. Sink hole in kitchen was blocked up with old food etc, food under microwave. Lid of rubbish bin hadn't been cleaned. Benches hadn't been cleaned. Toilets hadn't been scrubbed. Curtains need mending. I have photos but not sure where to post them. Location is great and i think if they took more care, maintaining and cleaning it would be a way better experience. I certainly would not cook there that is for sure.
At first I thought that the elevators don't work for days, then for months, now for quarters, let's see if the measurements will go into years. If you like your pizza to get cold, but not because the delivery was slow or the pizzeria was far from home, then welcome to this tower, waiting 20 minutes for your elevator to arrive is quite normal.
Avoid this building it all costs! There’s 35 floors and only 1 lift working - yes only 1 lift! It can literally take 30 minutes. No this isn’t an isolated incident this is literally the last 4-5 months in this building. If we are blessed with the starts sometimes 2 lifts may be working but it’s a rarity. People have no courtesy either and will literally cram in the lifts and be jammed packed like a sardine tin. Very outdated and poorly maintained building. Very subpar cleaning and hygiene standards. Tennis court is damaged, pool is dirty, lifts look like they haven’t been properly cleaned for at least 6 months. Building has 3 lifts but only 1 are working. Not worth the money should be a 1 star rated building. Lifts still not working and it’s been 5 months. This place is a joke. Do not stay here
Lovely receptionists and fast lift but poor maintenance. Especially gym is so much outdated, smells awful, and not clean overall
