I had Melbourne Towbars supply and fit a new bar and wiring loom to my Mercedes Vito Van. The company was excellent to deal with and John from sales was extremely helpful. I have no problems in recommending them. 5 Stars
Quick and clear response to request for quote. Short lead time on actual appointment. Good communication re: appointment date and time with addition reminder the evening before. Friendly service on-site with ability to sit and wait with the offer of a coffee. Car was spotless on handover. Clear instructions given upon handover.
Had an amazing experience! While installing the towbar, they ran into a few issues with the car, but handled everything very professionally. They kept us informed throughout the process, and the communication was excellent. They even travelled three times from the north to Laverton to make sure everything was done properly. Highly recommend!
Last week I was hunting for a particular towbar tongue and after visiting 6 businesses with no luck -Melbourne Towbars were fantastic. Alister Gullen downed tools and immediately assisted providing 2 options - which I couldn’t find previously!
