Very Professional, with simple & direct communication with needs vs. wants for service. All the correct fitting parts for my car "type", job completed in given time frame, plus the best quote. They even ran through all the bells and whistles before I left. I had another place quote me, it was slightly higher but mentioned it could only be done if they cut part of my rear bumper!

Fantastic service and great product. Extremely happy with price and installation. John was very professional to deal with prior to installation, explained the process and answered all questions and concerns succinctly. Only company willing to install a towbar on a "grey import" (Japanese Hiace LWB Import) without cutting through the floor of the vehicle. Was cheapest quote too! Finished and ready to go in half a day, explanation of aftercare and compliance sticker all included. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the service and installation provided by Melbourne Towbars and Albi in particular. Arrived within time stated to our home and explained what needed to be done to best suit our car, then installed the towbar and left our vehicle as found, including items in boot. All done in a happy and friendly manner.
