Very Professional, with simple & direct communication with needs vs. wants for service. All the correct fitting parts for my car "type", job completed in given time frame, plus the best quote. They even ran through all the bells and whistles before I left. I had another place quote me, it was slightly higher but mentioned it could only be done if they cut part of my rear bumper!
Ah yes, a new towbar fitted to my BMW E 90 diesel, all done and fitted with a phone call, make an appointment and done with absolute minimum of fuss and a friendly smile from reception finished on time and on my way by lunch time as promised. Fantastic service and great product. Extremely happy with price and installation. John was very professional to deal with prior to installation, explained the process and answered all questions and concerns succinctly. Only company willing to install a towbar on a "grey import" (Japanese Hiace LWB Import) without cutting through the floor of the vehicle. Was cheapest quote too! Finished and ready to go in half a day, explanation of aftercare and compliance sticker all included. Highly recommend.
