I traveled from interstate to pick up a new caravan from the factory in Melbourne. I was able to contact the team at Melbourne Towbars via their website and then dropped in with the new van to get my tow setup sorted. Great service courtesy and communication. I have no hesitation in recommending them for quality service.

Great experience overall. Affordable prices, great communication and fast service. Great that you offer mobile installations, too. Since I live regional, having your friendly team installing the towbar at my house (just for a little $ extra), saved me a lot of time. Highly recommended.

Melbourne Towbars were very prompt in installing my tow bar on short notice, turned up on time and did a great job. The tow bar ball was too high for my trailer and they very happily and helpfully changed it for another that was the right height. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly, helpful and professional.
