Very Professional, with simple & direct communication with needs vs. wants for service. All the correct fitting parts for my car "type", job completed in given time frame, plus the best quote. They even ran through all the bells and whistles before I left. I had another place quote me, it was slightly higher but mentioned it could only be done if they cut part of my rear bumper!

Fantastic service and great product. Extremely happy with price and installation. John was very professional to deal with prior to installation, explained the process and answered all questions and concerns succinctly. Only company willing to install a towbar on a "grey import" (Japanese Hiace LWB Import) without cutting through the floor of the vehicle. Was cheapest quote too! Finished and ready to go in half a day, explanation of aftercare and compliance sticker all included. Highly recommend.

I went to Melbourne Towbars to get a rare and hard to find part, an American Sized tow hitch. The not only had it in stock, they helped me mount it and kindly gave me a part to adapt a wiring harness. They would have struggled to be any more helpful and friendly. I recommend them highly and would never hesitate to return as a customer.

Shocking service. I never met a salesperson once. When i went there for the install only the young receptionist came near me. When I went to pick up the car only the young female receptionist helped me. She took the payment then she came out and showed me where the spec plate was on the inside of the door. Not one salesperson explained the functions and benefits of this expensive towbar. I have had to read the details myself. Will not go near this company again due to their lack of service. Melbourne Towbars offers amazing service, I have a relatively new model car and when I called to get a quote they had to do some research onto what would be the best option for me. They called me back the next day and offered to fit it at my home which was unbelievably convenient considering I work from home and live in the outer suburbs of Melbourne. On the day of the install they arrived promptly and completed the job earlier than expected. Highly recommend!
