I was seeing Dr Forehan a few years back for my thyroid issues, which in the end I ended up having it removed. I always found him to be very thorough and caring. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
I was very disappointed with my recent visit. Despite arriving 20 minutes early for my appointment, I was left waiting for over 30 minutes past the scheduled time. Additionally, the receptionist, Julie, was rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even more frustrating. On top of that, the fees charged were significantly higher than what I’ve seen at similar places. I expected a much better standard of service.
I had a bad experience, unfortunately. The doctor asked me questions that made me feel uncomfortable. Paperwork is not followed up as requested. The receptionist was not very nice on the phone and interrupted me frequently. I will not pay for any appointment here again.
Dr Pace was my endocrinologist while I lived in Australia as an American expat. He provided such excellent care. He’s professional, kind, and caring. Glad I had such a wonderful doctor who helped me.
