Dr Simon Forehan is warm, supportive, professional and knowledgeable. He gave me lots of time: carefully studied my 14 year thyroid path & radiology results and clearly explained complex issues and treatment options. He gave me lots of time to ask questions and was clear about follow-up. I highly recommend him, he's everything you want a health professional to be.
I had high expectations specially when you are seeing a specialist but was very disappointed as the Endocrinologist ask questions only and give same advice as my local GF but with huge bill. No particular check up. And yes agree with people the receptionist is so rude doesn’t even look at you. I am writing this review as I always read reviews before going to specialist. If you have a good GP please save your money.
Having used google reviews to select Dr Pace for my relative I feel its important to leave an update on my experience with him. Although he may be a capable practitioner, I found his approach to patients as condescending, arrogant, in-flexible and stuck in a silo where other conditions and the overall patient's full picture care weren't important to him. As a result I wouldn't recommend him to others.
I was seeing Dr Forehan a few years back for my thyroid issues, which in the end I ended up having it removed. I always found him to be very thorough and caring. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
I was very disappointed with my recent visit. Despite arriving 20 minutes early for my appointment, I was left waiting for over 30 minutes past the scheduled time. Additionally, the receptionist, Julie, was rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even more frustrating. On top of that, the fees charged were significantly higher than what I’ve seen at similar places. I expected a much better standard of service.
