Disappointed by Ivan's lack of reliability. We trusted him and paid him in advance but he let us down and caused significant issues with the council and neighbouring properties because the job was not completed properly and despite several discussions over a number of weeks, Ivan never returned to finish the work. Not recommended at all.
I wouldn’t use this contractor again. I paid him in full before the job was completed and even paid more than the agreed price because I trusted him. Unfortunately, he left leftover steel fencing, fence materials, and other construction rubbish on the nature strip outside my property. Despite promising me every day for several days that he’d come back and remove it, he never did.
