Had an appointment booked with Dr Kyle Wilcox for TMJ dysfunction related botox. Got to the appointment for the receptionist to ask if I received their email saying they rescheduled me. I said no, (they had a typo in my email) and did not call or text me to to confirm. Apparently the doctor, does not offer that service anymore, even after taking the booking in the weeks prior.
