Don’t often leave reviews but these guys deserve a good one. Reception were great, really helpful & provided all the info I needed, costs etc. Dr Sim was also great, really patient, transparent & set up a realistic plan of attack for someone that had neglected their teeth for far too long.
A great local dentist who is knowledgeable, caring and thorough. Would definitely recommend Berwick Smiles for any dental concerns you may have.
I experienced severe tooth pain late in the evening and was worried because the clinic was closing at 6:00 PM. I called at 5:50 PM, and even though I live about 17 minutes away, the team kindly agreed to stay past closing time to see me. Their compassion, professionalism, and willingness to help someone in pain made a huge difference. Thanks to their prompt care, my pain is completely gone. They call you several times without leaving voice messages. They cancelled my appt without any confirmation call, email or text to let me know. Just a bit unprofessional and inconsiderate turn up and find out they cancelled on you without any communication. They also have a $100 cancellation policy which seems over the top for me.
