I experienced severe tooth pain late in the evening and was worried because the clinic was closing at 6:00 PM. I called at 5:50 PM, and even though I live about 17 minutes away, the team kindly agreed to stay past closing time to see me. They call you several times without leaving voice messages. They cancelled my appt without any confirmation call, email or text to let me know. Just a bit unprofessional and inconsiderate turn up and find out they cancelled on you without any communication. They also have a $100 cancellation policy which seems over the top for me.
Amazing experience at Berwick Smile. Danica was welcoming and super helpful, and Dr Sim was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly. Best dental visit I’ve had.
