Such a frustrating experience. Took my daughter for her dental check up but the payment process took longer than the cleaning appointment. While answering multiple phone calls, the receptionist (also appear to be the owner) charged the wrong code and had to revert that charge. After spending 15 min of waiting, I was then told that the health fund no longer online and I had to pay then claim it back from my private insurance. Amazing dentist. I will never go anywhere else. Dr Sonali and Dr Amar are the best. Very professional and experienced!
I have a HIGE fear of the dentist. My anxiety reachers sky high. The experience I had here goes above and beyond From the beautiful receptionist Jo to the amazing Dr Shaw ( who was matched with me and my needs) by the amazing receptionist and also the lovely calming dental nurse.
