Dr Juan (John) Mulder and Administration staff are a serious breath of fresh air. Since an accident I had back in 2008, I have unfortunately been a patient of ten’s & ten’s of various medical practitioners/specialist and their respective administration staff. I cannot understand the negative comments. I found John Swieca absolutely marvellous and the girls at the Sleep Centre were excellent. And now my sleep issues are getting much better. And many thanks to my NEW GP for referring me here. I can definitely recommend this clinic. Thank you everyone.
Negative and expensive experience. Have had much better experiences elsewhere. Poor communication from Dr Mulder and receptionist. Dr Mulder - mediocre manner with patient, not overly interested in what the patient had to say and missed key points in the clinical picture as a result. Receptionist Anita was argumentative, and lacking in the requisite empathy and maturity for the job. Do not come here, no matter how long the wait at other sleep clinics are. As with others here, Dr Sweica just put me on Gabapentin with no justification (said my awakes per hour due to twitching were high when the sleep report literally said otherwise). The man is a snake who does not care at all about doing anything remotely close to a respectable Job. Really awful considering how desperate people with sleep issues will tend to be.
I've always had great experiences here-- I've been a client here for almost 5 years :)
