Harry Clitherow did my surgery for frozen shoulder 2 weeks ago. From the time he saw me at my initial consultation then at my follow up appointment yesterday he has been kind and caring. Dr Brendan Soo is an amazing surgeon. He successfully repaired my completely ruptured pectoralis major tendon. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and excellent at his work, he is also great to talk to and shows that he cares about you when he's talking to you. He answered all my questions allowing me to leave the hospital in confidence. I felt safe and at ease with him. After a terrible accident, my son was left with a broken and dislocated elbow on a Thursday night and needed urgent surgery. By Friday night, Mr Soo had sorted everything and completed his surgery. The kindness and compassion shown to us by Mr Soo and his staff Jennifer and Maria was beyond anything I've ever experienced. Mr Soo is a true gentleman and his staff go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible in what is a very stressful time. They deserve more than 5 stars!
