Extremely disappointed with the experience. My mechanic (who I won’t name) has now purchased two IBR units from Melbourne Seadoo Parts to repair my Seadoo jetski (the IBR unit isnt cheap costing me $2875. The first unit arrived late, and after installation, it turned out to have a faulty computer programming system, which had to be sent back. I’ve always bought and serviced my skis at Essendon and the service has consistently been excellent. On my last service, the team went above and beyond, even helping with something extra on my trailer that they don’t normally do. More recently, they came to my rescue with a battery issue. The service department quickly arranged help, and when I brought it in, the technician was not only willing to assist but was an absolute gentleman. Outstanding service.

In 2016 I purchased an ATV, a Can-Am Outlander 450 STD from Melbourne Seadoo. It has been regularly serviced there. The second last service was about three years ago. On July this year I received as SMS stating that the Can-Am was due for a service. On Friday 8 August I drove the ATV onto my trailer and took it to Melbourne Can-Am for its 50-hour service.
