I have been using Melbourne Rug Wash for around 5 years. They do a fantastic job with the clean and the service is excellent.
These guys are fantastic and recommend to anyone who needs their rugs cleaned. Apart from my rug comming back spotless the customer service I received from Lina was fenonimal. She is agreat asset to your company. What a great experinece from.start to finish.
Very happy with the result of our rug clean. Looks as good as new. Really easy to organise pick up and drop off. Friendly staff. The cost is certainly appropriate for the level of cleaning involved. The colours are so vibrant again. Highly recommended. The first photo is before, the next two are after.
I picked up my rug this morning & am thrilled with the result of the clean. It looks fantastic, feels fantastic, and smells fantastic. It was a synthetic Ikea shag pile rug that had been water damaged & had some staining. I wasn't sure if it would be worth cleaning given it's not an overly expensive rug, but I couldn't have been more wrong! It's like new again & really elevates the look of my room. Thankyou! I'll definitely be back.
Very happy - removed stain from my rug and the service was great
