Had such a good experience here. The receptionist, Lina, was amazing to deal with and went above and beyond. My rug looks new again and the underlay they offer is better than anything else I’ve seen on the market so I’m happy I payed a bit more for it.
I just received my rug back and I swear it is cleaner and softer than when I bought it. My cat had had an accident on the rug and all traces of the smell are completely gone. Fantastic job. Thank you all so much.

We just had our rug cleaned and I would say that it was worth every cent that we paid. The rug has just come back today looking completely new, I still can’t believe my eyes.
