Everyone in this team did an excellent job. Old tin (2 layers) roof in Alphington replaced with colorbond and another section of lokdek regraded and new lokdek installed. All of the installers were polite, cleaned up each day and got the job done on time. Had a small issue one month after completion which they were very quick to remedy. I highly recommend the Roof Specialist.
My job was a simple corrugated zinc roofing replacement.They conveniently bought my job forward when a spot opened up and completed it in half the time they estimated! Geoff, who booked the job was straight forward and friendly, he didn't over sell, I only needed to replace 3 parts, not all of the roof. Lisa who I spoke with for admin stuff, was also realy easy to talk to too when arranging payments. Very good company who did a great job. Had a slight issue with cleaning up after them but when brought to there attention they came straight back to rectify the issue. Highly recommend these guys for anything roofing!
The team at Melbourne Roof Specialists have just finished a complete roof restoration on our property. We had guttering replaced, all ridge tiles removed, cleaned and repointed. broken & cracked tiles replaced and then the roof was cleaned to leave it looking like new.
