I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH DISRESPECT FROM A COMPANY. On this day 29 Aug 25 - 15:58(call time) After receiving the phone call about my car being broken down because of a dead battery. He essentially offered to come and do the job then changed to demanding me to pay before hand or else he won’t come, changed the price twice and eventually ending up calling me stupid and that he won’t do the job and hangs up on me. I ended up calling this company five times to receive help. I was called names…….

We had an emergency while on the Freeway to the Mornington Peninsula on Friday, last week. We called Melbourne Roadside Rescue who were extremely helpful and reassuring while they organised roadside assistance. We were lucky to have Talarra pick up our call for help. She was very polite, reassuring and helpful. We were seniors from NSW driving 3 grandkids when the emergency services were needed.
