Flo and Wimpie have been managing our apartment for 5yrs. We have never had any issues from either of them. They are both very professional and have always communicated with us from day one. All maintenance reports is relayed to us. They have always answered any quiries we may have, even after hours and on weekends. I think its unfair for the negative reviews regarding maintenance.
