Wonderful clinic - from reception to radiographers to radiologists - Dr George Koulouris is a star
I needed a brain MRI. For anyone who is claustrophobic this is a very scary experience because not only are you in the MRI machine but there is also a cage to keep your head still (which is up there with my greatest fears). I have had numerous MRIs in my life and have encountered staff with care factor zero about my real fear right through to the most caring and compassionate technicians which was what I experienced today. All the staff involved from beginning to end were nothing short of lovely. I had the best experience here! Next day appointment, bulk billed brain MRI and kind staff - couldn’t ask for more.
