I was given this wonderful man's phone number through a friend's recommendation. He was prompt to reply and I booked an inspection time within 4 days. He was 5 minutes early and went to work straight away, measuring and taking evidence pictures, proving the rigidity of the posts and gates(2). We even had a friendly chat along the way.
