Second time in a row I’ve had exceptional service here and the most comfortable blood draws I’ve ever had. The person helping me today went above and beyond to try to help me with an e-referral which failed to download. She was patient and very kind and wouldn’t let me leave until it was sorted. I cannot thank her enough for all of her help and kindness.

Did a blood test with nurse Meg, very cold attitude and hurts a lot
Extremely rude staff. Painful experience with a simple blood test. Staff could not find the vein the first time round and she started moving the needle left and right inside the arm before moving to another arm. Did not apologise or anything just had a crappy attitude throughout.
