I agree with all the other negative reviews. Shocking communication, completely unorganized and unhelpful (borderline rude) admin staff, no way to talk to anyone other than an online form which most of the time you don't get a response from anyway. I understand they are busy but everyone is busy and I can't even recall the amount of times I've taken my child out of school, made the trek to RCH after months and months of waiting to be told the appointment was not in their system for one reason or another. it's not worth it an... read more
I recently saw Dr Saadia oulrabi and she was really nice and caring and I felt I got everything I needed for my child at the appointment. She listened and acted accordingly. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I reached out to thus clinic because they stated on their website that this doctor has availabilities to be seen in 2 weeks. That wasn't the case and luckily it wasn't urgent, but if it was, that's considered deceiving because when I called there was no appointment in two weeks. Better be more transparent ab... read more
As other patients have mentioned, this practice shows little regard for their patients' well-being. I sent a referral to this practice on August 14th and didn’t receive a response until September 13th, only to be told they couldn’t fit my daughter in until February next year. Given the urgent nature of the referral, and the fact that multiple other practices responded within the same week and were able to see us promptly, I am extremely disappointed in this clinic.
