I was disappointed with our experience with Hannah Bourne. There was little compassion or understanding shown during appointments, particularly regarding my sister’s need to access online schooling while managing her health. Communication was also poor, with calls often going unanswered when support was needed. We expected a more caring and responsive approach.
Absolutely do not recommend. I missed a call and was left a message to call them back. They don't answer the phone. Don't bother leaving a message because they will not call you back. Don't bother emailing because they won't reply to that either. Why ask someone to call you back if you're not going to answer the phone. Edit to add... will road block you at every turn.
Dr Brooks has seen all 3 of our children, in all cases he's show genuine care and pursued the best outcomes. We trust his assessment and judgement wholeheartedly.
