Very poor service from Jason Zhao, our OC has been handed from Cassie to Jason some time last year. Cassie was great and responsive, Jason on the other hand had poor communication skills and resolution. We had to chase him every single time, and still no action. We requested a specific follow up action, including warning notice & fine, to find out that he did not action any of this. Moved into my new house for 3 years and the body corporate has failed to get Unique builders to complete the work on the following: 1) Leaking roof 2) Cracked mailbox (it is going to topple soon) 3) a Neighbour cut our fence without permission 4) consistent drainage issues and it’s always the residents’ fault And at the end, when they can’t resolve these issues after 3 years., they’ll use the company clause that it requires extra money to resolve these issues by the minute.
Worst employees. Never takes actions and keeps asking for money. If there is a zero star I would give that. There’s a staff named Jun, who lacks morals and work ethics. Whenever there are issues, he would push it away or say it costs $220 to work on any query. I’m an assistant principal who works in a public school. Imagine i ask parents to pay whenever they have queries even through I’m paid a salary? I believe he has no moral compass, just like the company. In the end, I’m dealing with all issues myself.
