Your response was to deny the allegations and ask for more evidence. That's exactly the problem I'm raising. Avoid this company if transparency and accountability matter to you. These aren't normal Owners Corporation disagreements. The recurring issues are poor communication, weak governance, sloppy financial administration, poor record keeping, selective enforcement and common-property matters that never get resolved. I have had to dealings with MOCS in relation to an apartment for sale under their management. I was greeted with prompt and detailed responses which enable buyer confidence in the building as a potential purchase. Well done MOCS!

EDITED: DEAR MOCS If you think I am not telling the truth , please call me to discuss . The so-called “ make safe “ was never safe , water dripping every time when it rains , I have sent multiple videos and photos to you guys. I am happy to delete my reviews if the repairs do get done soon . We reported cigarette smoke entering our apartment repeatedly for over a month before building management took any action whatsoever. During that time we sent email after email documenting dates, times and the impact on our household and were met with deflection, requests that we identify the source ourselves, and the repeated line that other residents had denied it.
