Phillip's communication skills and willingness to assist is second to none. We have had numerous properties with different body corporates and Phillip has been without doubt the most professional and approachable manager we have had. Hence the 5 stars!

WORST OF THE WORST Had a directions hearing today 18/05/2026 re MOCS mismanagement of funds and property and an invalid contract of appointment. 3 owners attended this VCAT hearing, MOCS and Phillip Fernandes did not attend this hearing as directed by VCAT. We reported cigarette smoke entering our apartment repeatedly for over a month before building management took any action whatsoever. During that time we sent email after email documenting dates, times and the impact on our household and were met with deflection, requests that we identify the source ourselves, and the repeated line that other residents had denied it.
