Extremely over priced but the orthodontist is very friendly and makes the kids feel at ease. The receptionist with the glasses made me feel awful- she should not be in that position as she has no customer service skills to speak of and is the most unhelpful and unfriendly person- look at the reviews - what are you doing about it??
The receptionist with the glasses is so rude. I’m overall happy with everything except for the customer service of this lady. She made me feel bad every time I come here.
Service was amazing! Our son had his braces put on in an efficient and friendly manner. I was super proud of my little man. Thank you to the team.
We have been using these guys for a while now. They have been great fitting in our appointments around our changing circumstances. The receptionists are so friendly and nothing is ever a hassle.
