My fixed retainer snapped and I was told it costs $280 to replace it, Which seems excessive, especially since my brother received the same replacement for free not long ago and others I know who had braces told me their orthodontists at other clinics offer free replacements. While the staff are friendly, I was disappointed with the service & that they only have a 2 year warranty considering how much money was spent on my braces. I won’t be returning or recommending.
Really poor service, theyll keep asking you to get scans done almost every week just to bleed you dry, no other place does this, sort it out (reply to comment - you dont charge for scans but you kept asking to get scans every time i saw you)
