Dr Aileen Shuey is an absolutely wonderful psychiatrist and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I see Dr Aileen Shuey to manage my ADHD. I found the initial diagnosis process very seamless but thorough, and Dr Shuey deeply knowledgeable and caring. The reception staff are helpful and efficient and lovely to deal with.
Dr. Aileen Shuey is so lovely. She really listens, explains everything clearly, and always makes me feel heard. She takes the time to thoroughly explain all treatment options so you can make an informed decision, and also explains the "why" behind things, which I really appreciate. The staff are also so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice!
Aileen is not only the best psychiatrist, but the best health professional I have ever met. She is so kind, person centred, empathetic and helpful. She cares about the safety of her patients and sees them in a holistic way. Reception is very accomodating and specifically, Daniel is very helpful. I always know when I have an appointment I will be looked after!
Highly recommend. My adult son with intellectual disability/autism has been a patient of Dr Shuey for several years and I have been very impressed with her knowledge, compassion and understanding. The clinic has always treated us with kindness and respect.
