My name is Maria , I presented to ED Northern hospital to face emergency surgery for my hernia, to then avail an enormous giant ovarian cyst described by Dr Vinay as two babies heads it was shown in my CT Scan when I went into surgery for my hernia. Everything I read is true - Dr Rane is truly exceptional. I was struggling with pain for weeks due to an enormous cyst (described as the size of a newborn's head!), but could not see a gynaecologist for several weeks. I ultimately presented to ED where the doctor referred me to Dr Rane, and I was offered an appointment within one week! As soon as I met Dr Rane, I felt immediately comfortable and reassured. I cannot thank Dr. Christine Sammartino enough for the outstanding care she has provided. Dr. Vinay is truly an exceptional and outstanding gynecologist. After my difficult experience with a stillbirth at 26 weeks in my previous pregnancy, I was filled with fear and anxiety when I found out I was pregnant again, especially with a 15-year gap between my oldest and this one. I could not recommend Dr Vinay Rane more highly! His expertise and compassion I have recieved through my fertility journey has been second to none. I would also like to note how impressive my c section wound, looks and has healed. It is so clean and has healed incredibly well. It is honestly the best one I have seen.
