Poor time management. Poor communication.
Dishonest, lazy & unprofessional - they could not even be bothered to physically inspect a part before I committed to travelling hours to purchase it. Avoid and go elsewhere, there are plenty of other wreckers that will be happy to service you. Edit: Their reply to this review is fabricated. They did not 'try their best' to assist me, as I wouldn't be writing this review if they had. I also did not ask them to remove the part, I only requested that the part was properly inspected before I place a deposit.
The office lady has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered, asking for a particular part which i was told I didn’t know what I was talking about, also had an attitude from the second I walked through the door. Disgusting. Do not go here!!!
