I had an ADHD assessment with Dr Steven Chau and found him to be very thorough, compassionate, and empowering. He provided me with many helpful suggestions and resources, and I appreciated his directness and honesty in answering all of my questions. I felt he had a good balance between being clinically thorough while remaining empathic and attuned. Also I probably encountered 4-5 different staff members in the reception team (many calls organising a new referral, fees etc) and I felt they were all patient and helpful.
Excellent service as usual Teleconference rather than face to face but on time and no issues with the service. I have never had a problem with Dr Chau or the office staff Rather they are quite wonderful to deal with They even humor me by pretending not to be terrified of my brutal and vicious horrorhound and PTSD Therapy Dog (Picture below)
I have been seeing Dr Chau for a long time. He is excellent and all the clinic staff are professional, friendly and very competent.
Good practitioners, caring and thoughtful. Skilled and experienced, highly recommended.
We are very impressed about the very recent and new service engagement with dr Marrows and the clinic staff. They are very responsive, very welcoming and made this interaction a very positive one.
