Dr Faramarz is great, was nervous for my first session given this whole diagnosis & learning of ADHD is new to me. Was thoughtful in his questioning & really got me to open up. You can really tell the difference between a doctor who is there to sign on the dotted line & I did not feel that way with Dr Faramarz.
I first met with Dr Hannah Cross and had a very constructive first session. Unfortunately she went on leave and I was then put on to Dr Steven Chau who I understand to be a director of the clinic. Meeting with Dr Chau was the most bizarre experience I've ever had with a so called health professional. Before I had even sat down he started commenting on my file in a way that made me feel very uneasy, as he seemed to be completely lacking in basic interpersonal skills and inept in professional courtesy. I was really impressed with Dr Asiri Rodrigo. He had clearly gone through my Halaxy forms beforehand, was super present during the appointment, and genuinely listened. He was kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel comfortable. Really happy with the care I’ve received through Melbourne Mental Health. Highly recommend.
