I visited Melbourne Medical Specialist today for a specialist appointment. The clinic was quiet when I arrived, and while the atmosphere wasn’t particularly inviting, the receptionist was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Dr. Darby was exceptional. He took the time to really listen, made sure I understood everything, and approached the conversation with empathy and clarity. Experienced and caring doctors
My poor wife had a terrible experience with Doctor Ryan. 1 hour late for first appointment, 40 mins late second appointment and lost test results, 30 mins late 3rd appointment again with no pathology results. My wife was very upset and frustrated and conveyed this, then got hung up on. Terrible service Felt treated like a number. No idea how to empathise with patients. Overall a very frustrating and unpleasant experience.
