A heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful doctors, nurses and staff at St Vincent’s Hospital, Building A – Level 4, Thoracic Surgery. My son , Long Nguyen recently had surgery here, and the care he received was exceptional. Everyone was incredibly professional, kind, attentive and compassionate. As a mother, I felt so reassured knowing my son was in such caring and capable hands. We are truly grateful for everything you did for him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
unorganized. lack of communication
I have nothing but praise for all the staff - Doctors, Nurses in Level 5, Physio, Catering staff, cleaning staff. They all go above and beyond and go the extra mile to look after you. What I have experienced is empathetic, compassionate care that is unparalleled and everyone of them is doing wonderful job. Victorian Community value you and your services and a thank you note for the bottom of my heart. Your are all making great differences in our lives.
