Big shout out to Melbourne Malibu, customer service goes far and beyond. Required a part for our wakesetter yesterday, with some quick thinking from the team they were able to have it delivered in Echuca within 3 hours. Was then fitted promptly by their authorised service agents Xtreme Marine. Had the family back on the water on the day!
Amazing customer service, and suprisingly great value. Good honest company and staff that really value all clients, regardless of the age of their boat. Can't recomend enough.
Had an issue with my Maliview screen after replacing the viper module where it wouldn't start the boat. Nathan was extremely helpful in providing software updates to resolve the issue. Boat was back up and running in 5 minutes! Great Service!
