The team here was quite disorganised. - Poor reception communication- I called up to make a booking for a blood test but was told I didn’t need to book. My husband also called up and was again told that no booking was needed for a blood test. We showed up the next day and was berated twice for not making a booking. - the Virtus Diagnostic staff did not seem to be across the proper processes. If I could give Melbourne IVF zero stars, I would. This clinic is utterly incompetent and absolutely useless. They repeatedly forget to do crucial tests, misplace or fail to sign documents, and show a shocking lack of responsibility in an area where mistakes can cause devastating consequences. Instead of supporting patients through an already stressful and emotional process, they add to the stress with negligence and disorganisation. I was a directed donor for a lesbian couple, they wanted to meet donor in person which isn't possible with a bank donor. Clinic did great job worked first time. Felt good to make a life complete! Hope I can help someone else! soon
