Melbourne Hydronic Heating installed a new Viessmann boiler to our existing 19 panel system in Glen Iris and we couldn't be more impressed with their service and professionalism. MHH were the third hydronic heating supplier we engaged, and are by far the best. They returned to my house a couple of times to fine tune our aging system, hassle free, and now it's humming along like new. Big thanks to Harry, Sechellle, and team. Absolutely 10/10. Highly recommended.
Due to our decision to go with solid timber flooring, we’ve ultimately decided not to proceed with the in-screed underfloor heating. That said, we’d like to commend Sechelle from MHH — throughout our discussions we’ve experienced MHH’s professionalism and friendliness, and the solutions provided were both well thought out and practical. We truly hope to have the opportunity to work together at a later stage and wish them every success in their business going forward.
Aside from providing a great product at a reasonable price point, I was very impressed with the communication and how they managed when things didn't go to plan. The installers were fantastic - a pleasure to have in our home - and anytime they encountered unexpected issues they were very proactive with letting us know what was going on and what they were doing about it. Some years ago we had our house retrofitted with hydraulic heating. An absolutely superb job. The advice was excellent , the materials top quality and the job undertaken expertly by professionals. Since then we have had servicing undertaken really well, and a new boiler fitted. If every business in Australia were to be run like Melbourne Hydronic Heating. Australia would be an absolute powerhouse.
We replaced our gas space heaters with a hydronic heating system - 9 flat panels with an external electric heat pump and controller. Darren visited onsite, drew up a design and subsequently arranged for his talented team to implement the system in a timely manner. Amazing.
