Had the pleasure of spending time with Con and the team at Melbourne Hifi. It was genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! SUCH incredible care, passion and knowledge about sound and audio. I would recommend ANYONE to come and speak to them if you’re looking for advice!
Just had the most informative and pleasant experience with Con, Ed and George. My partner and I entered completely unaware of the hi fi industry and left with a set of speakers and so much knowledge. They are incredibly patient, no sales pressure and provided genuine advice. More places should look to this as an example. Please visit here even if you’re not sure, they are truly experts that are passionate about sound.
Had an awesome time at Melbourne Hi-Fi picking up my subwoofer. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to show me and my friend around their demo rooms to chat about their gear. Ended up spending about an hour there and left with a smile on my face. Definitely recommend these guys
