These guys are amazing, and their service is impeccable. I live in Queensland, and ordered everything to set up a new system, with everything sent out the next business day after ordering, to received everything generally within 3-4 days. Even when one of the cables didn’t fit the system correctly, no problem, I ordered a new one, and sent back the other, with the refund processed as soon as it was so received. I can’t fault these guys at all, and highly recommend them for sure!
Excellent customer service and prices. Had the pleasure of dealing with Con who was extremely helpful and patient in answering my questions. Didn't try and upsell me anything that I didn't need like previous hifi shops I've shopped with. Highly recommended.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff who care about selling you the right speaker system, not simply the most expensive. The entire experience dealing with Con and the wider team was a pleasure, and their professional installation service was done to a very high standard. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever!
