Excellent customer service and prices. Had the pleasure of dealing with Con who was extremely helpful and patient in answering my questions. Didn't try and upsell me anything that I didn't need like previous hifi shops I've shopped with. Highly recommended.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff who care about selling you the right speaker system, not simply the most expensive. The entire experience dealing with Con and the wider team was a pleasure, and their professional installation service was done to a very high standard. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever!

I have been using Melbourne hi-fi for a few years now because their customer service is 2nd to none. As someone with a disability, I sometimes require an extra bit of help and the team have always gone above and beyond to make sure I get what I need, have helped me set complicated things up and best of all they have also made sure I have not overspent when it hasn’t been necessary, that’s the mark of a business you can trust.
