As someone new to the world of turntables I had lots of questions, and Con had lots of honest answers and was extremely generous with his time and expertise. These guys are the real deal. There are decades of experience here and they don't sell junk. They have quality inventory and advice for newbies like myself all the way up to the most expensive stuff money can buy. I won't be going anywhere else when it comes time to upgrade my system.
Wow!!! After having purchased a sound system from Melbourne Hi Fi a couple of years ago that I absolutely love, I felt it was time to upgrade my cartridge to an ND7. Nick was amazing at advising me on what I should do and how I should do it. I am right now listening to my records and blown away at the difference a cartridge upgrade and a pre-amp can make!!! I am absolutely delighted. Thanks yet again team, very happy customer!
