I have been waiting since Feb for a replacement gate that Heritage gates supplied nearly 3 years ago and the gate has rot in it. I was told it is a lifetime guarantee . I informed them in feb 24 and still to date nobody is replying to thee text messages I send to the rep. The mobile no online does not record . Im sorry feeling very frustrated that nobody is assisting me. I have text Sales rep on numerous occasions either he doesn't reply or tell me my gate will be delivered next week and still no answer , no reply. I really ... read more

Adam was a delight to deal with and was extremely helpful, very good eye when it came to the smallest details. Followed up with a call a week after the fence/gate was finished just to make sure all needs were met 10/10 for service
