If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I was referred here due to ongoing heart and chest pain, but from the very beginning the doctor was dismissive. He brushed off my concerns simply because of my age, saying it was unlikely I had a heart condition. That kind of assumption felt careless and invalidating. Reception staff are friendly and courteous. Cardiologist, Dr Larry PONNUTHURAI.is very experienced and determined to manage my condition in the best way possible. His approach is very reassuring, especially when considering the often.vulnerability.of some patients.
A few years ago I had a serious heart issue and thank God that Kean Soon and his team looked after me in hospital. He was very kind and great 'Bedside' manners. He was always very professional and I can certainly recommend him. Dr Soon even called me back when I had an issue while I was on a vacation in NSW and he advised me. I can only speak highly of the team. I am currently under the care of Dr Manoj and he is also amazing. May the Lord bless you all for your dedicated service. 🙏🏻❤️
