Benjamin Jaap was lovely, he was very welcoming and was able to create a pleasant and fun atmosphere for a daunting appointment for someone with severe anxiety. If it wasn't for Ben today we wouldn't of had such a great morning following up with energy to go out for breakfast/lunch afterwards because he made the appointment seamless and relaxing. I had a very disappointing experience with Melbourne Hand Rejab, particularly with Timothy. Each session felt rushed and was often finished in under 10 minutes, with little to no focus on actual pain relief or proper treatment. The process mostly involved a quick wax wash and minimal hand rubbing before being sent off. There was no sense of personalised care, thorough assessment, or genuine effort to address the issue.
