I had a very disappointing experience with Melbourne Hand Rejab, particularly with Timothy. Each session felt rushed and was often finished in under 10 minutes, with little to no focus on actual pain relief or proper treatment. The process mostly involved a quick wax wash and minimal hand rubbing before being sent off. There was no sense of personalised care, thorough assessment, or genuine effort to address the issue. I had an excellent experience with Ben Jaap at this hand physiotherapy clinic in Weribee From the very first appointment, Ben Jaap professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring.
