I’ve been receiving care from Melbourne Hand Rehab in Richmond for an injury to my 5th metacarpal, and they’ve been excellent throughout my recovery. I recently had a K-wire removal and just wanted to thank the wonderful nurse who looked after me. She was incredibly kind and comforting, even when things got a bit intense, she stayed calm, kept me grounded, and showed genuine care. I’ll never forget her kindness. Also, a big shout-out to the great surgeon and the whole team for their professionalism and compassion.
The hand therapists at Melbourne Hand Rehab Richmond have been excellent in managing my recovery from an injury to my thumb. They have been thorough and very happy to answer all of my questions to ease my concerns about my ongoing recovery. The admin staff are also lovely and very helpful! I would definitely recommend Melbourne Hand Rehab Richmond!

Felt like I was in good hands with Cyrus, no pun intended. Appreciated them taking the extra time to verify my diagnosis and explain the results, especially for what seemed like contradictory results. Much more curious about figuring out the full picture of what was going on than the hand doctor I saw elsewhere. Also appreciated the lack of upsell, the clinic clearly cares more about providing the right equipment rather than the most expensive or profitable, prices didn't seem to be marked up much either, very reasonable.
