I had custom leather wrist braces made. It takes some time after the moulds are done, but it's worth the wait. Until now, I've been using off the shelf braces which helped to a degree. I wore them pretty much 24/7 because having them off for even a short time made the pain worse. The first day I had the leather braces, I had them on for about 12 hours before I took them off due to a rash I'd had for a few days. I was able to leave them off all night. Haven't done that for years. They look amazing, too.
